Non ho molta esperienza con i matrimoni italiani, ma questo è stato davvero fantastico: ottimo cibo, location meravigliosa, allestimenti davvero emozionanti, tutto pensato nei minimi dettagli per stupire gli ospiti e creare una atmosfera magica. Anche il personale è sempre stato gentile e ha provveduto a un menù senza alcool e maiale per me. Grazie per la bellissima serata. I was invited to my friends' wedding a few weeks ago and I was really impressed by this event. I don't have much experience with Italian weddings, but this was really fantastic: great food, wonderful location, really exciting arrangements, all thought out to the smallest detail to amaze guests and create a magical atmosphere. The staff has also always been friendly and provided a menu without alcohol and pork for me. Thanks for the wonderful evening.

E, cosa dire delle portate? E' difficile descrivere i sapori, ma l'unica cosa che riesco a dire e' "Sublime" . Vi do appuntamento alla prossima ricorrenza. Dimenticavo... Premetto di avere un parente allergico al nichel, come da accordi, diversi giorni prima gli inviamo 2 email con gli alimenti permessi e quelli non permessi,bibite comprese. Vista l'ampiezza della lista loro ci chiedono un menù scelto da noi apposta per la persona...risultato? Delle 4 cose chieste ne sono arrivate soltanto 2,il resto non è mai arrivato o addirittura è stato preparato con un alimento non permesso. Le bibite alla fine le abbiamo portate da casa,perché non sono stati capaci di procurarle, nonostante avessimo specificato nell'email la marca. I state that I have a relative allergic to nickel, as agreed, several days before we send him 2 emails with the foods allowed and those not allowed, including drinks. Given the breadth of the list they ask us for a menu chosen by us especially for the person ... result? Of the 4 things requested, only 2 arrived, the rest never arrived or was even prepared with a food that is not allowed. We eventually brought the drinks from home, because they were unable to get them, even though we specified the brand in the email. Vote? 0

Prima di conoscere questa azienda nutrivo una diffidenza (immotivata) verso i catering, frutto di un probabile pregiudizio di famiglia! Devo ricredermi, con l'Accademia del Monsu' ho avuto il piacere di conoscere dei veri professionisti e apprezzarne il lavoro. Grazie ancora per la splendida esperienza. Roberto Fantastic experience. Tutto, nei minimi particolari, è stato curato con grande professionalità e fine ricercatezza. Accoglienza squisita e cibo eccezionale, in particolar modo ho apprezzato il menù vegetariano che è stato preparato apposta per me. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, uno staff eccezionale gentile e premuroso, fa da cornice al giorno che ovviamente (grazie anche a loro) deve essere il più bello della propria vita. Consiglio vivamente di sceglierli, spero un giorno che proprio loro possano accompagnarmi in quel giorno così speciale! I attended a wedding organized by the Monsù Academy at the end of September .. well what to say, nothing short of wonderful! Everything, in the smallest details, has been treated with great professionalism and refined refinement. Exquisite hospitality and exceptional food, I especially appreciated the vegetarian menu which was prepared especially for me. Last, but not least, an exceptional, kind and caring staff, frames the day that obviously (thanks to them too) must be the most beautiful of one's life. I highly recommend choosing them, I hope one day that they can accompany me on that very special day!

Carmine, in particolare, ci ha aiutato nei momenti difficili. I piatti erano buonissimi e si capiva che alla base di tutto vi era una ricca esperienza. Consigliatissimi... Magnificent experience, I was a guest at the wedding of a friend of mine. I found everything special. The staff, at our request, did not spare their time to explain the ingredients of the dishes. We felt pampered by the care of the whole team for the whole event. Tutte le persone dell'Accademia che ho incontrato nei 10 mesi di preparativi al mio matrimonio, sono state fantastiche. Gentilezza e competenza inconfutabile. Il giorno del matrimonio è stato perfetto! dalle pietanze, un vero spettacolo per come sono state presentate e dal gusto speciale, alle persone che hanno confermato la loro professionalità. La mia ansia, credo naturale per una sposa, ha lasciato subito il posto al solo al piacere di godermi il giorno più bello e alla soddisfazione per una scelta perfetta. Solo ancora due parole per ringraziare tutti. Everything perfect ... I would say that from the first phone call it was love at first sight ? All the people of the Academy that I met in the 10 months of preparing for my wedding were fantastic. Kindness and irrefutable competence. The wedding day was perfect! from the dishes, a real show for how they were presented and with a special taste, to the people who confirmed their professionalism. My anxiety, I think natural for a bride, immediately gave way to the pleasure of enjoying the most beautiful day and the satisfaction of a perfect choice. Just two more words to thank everyone.
