F	Fedele Battipede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace molto quando devo fare una recensione negativa, ma purtroppo questa volta mi sono imbattuto in un matrimonio da incubo per quanto riguarda il food. Il servizio catering è stato "curato" da questa azienda, anche se di curato non c'era assolutamente nulla . Materie prime utilizzate piuttosto scadenti, il pane non fresco (di sabato) , cibo insapore, gamberoni che emanavano un odore insopportabile (che secondo lo chef come mi è stato riferito da una cameriera, dipendeva dall'ammoniaca utilizzata per la conservazione e l'importazione degli stessi dall'Ecuador ), personale improvvisato non all'altezza del servizio (è anche crollato un tavolo degli invitati con tutta la roba sopra, evidentemente non aperto bene) Unica nota positiva un dessert al pistacchio Spero che questa critica possa contribuire a rivedere la vostra idea di ristorazione, perché non è bello per chi vorrebbe vivere un giorno da favola, passare tra i tavoli e vedere la roba che rimane nei piatti, e gli ospiti insoddisfatti Spero di potermi ricredere la prossima volta I am very sorry when I have to do a bad review, but sadly this time I ran into a nightmare marriage when it comes to food. The catering service was "taken care of" by this company, even if there was absolutely nothing taken care of. Rather poor raw materials used, bread not fresh (on Saturdays), tasteless food, prawns that gave off an unbearable smell (which according to the chef as I was told by a waitress, depended on the ammonia used for storage and import of the same from Ecuador), improvised staff not up to the service level (a guest table with all the stuff on it also collapsed, evidently not open well) The only positive note is a pistachio dessert I hope this criticism can help to revise your idea of catering, because it is not nice for those who would like to live a fairytale day, pass between the tables and see the stuff that remains on the plates, and the dissatisfied guests. I hope I can change my mind next time
