J	Jessica Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo ottico,ho acquistato da lui un occhiale x mio figlio dopo solo 2 mesi l'occhiale si è rotto torno e mi viene risposto che era una rottura non riparabile e che la colpa della rottura era di mio figlio in quanto aveva urtato l'occhiale, a questo punto mi fa acquistare un altra montatura identica e riutilizziamo le stesse lenti dopo 1 mese anche questa montatura si rompe nello stesso IDENTICO posto, torno nuovamente in negozio e con dei MODI MOLTO SGARBATI mi viene detto che loro non ci possono fare nulla se non di farmi acquistare una terza montatura, al che cambio ottico. Questo nuovo ottico mi dice che la colpa di tutto ciò non era ne di mio figlio ne della montatura ma bensì della lente montata troppo grande su quella montatura per questo motivo non appena mio figlio urtava lievemente l'occhiale questi si rompevano in quanto la lente sforzava al suo interno. Quindi non solo poca professionalità ma anche scarsa attenzione e nessuna assistenza post vendita. Bad optician, I bought a pair of glasses from my son after only 2 months, the glasses broke and I was told that it was a non-repairable break and that the fault of the break was my son's because he had hit the glasses , at this point he makes me buy another identical frame and we reuse the same lenses after 1 month also this frame breaks in the same IDENTICAL place, I go back to the shop and with VERY RUDE WAYS I am told that they cannot do anything if not to let me buy a third frame, at which optical change. This new optician tells me that the fault of all this was neither of my son nor of the frame but of the lens mounted too large on that frame for this reason as soon as my son bumped slightly the glasses they broke as the lens strained inside. So not only little professionalism but also little attention and no after-sales assistance.
