★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di stazione cordiale e disponibile nei confronti dell'utenza. Ma opera sulla base di un servizio che è loro malgrado pessimo. I servizi ferroviari sono costantemente in panne. I servizi sostitutivi via bus operano con logiche tutte loro ed orari loro. La comunicazione via internet è ferma da settimane, nelle stazioni intermedie semplicemente non esiste. Insomma per i viaggiatori è un disservizio gestito a partire ed un caos informativo a tornare.... Ogni giorno si spera di poter riuscire a tornare alla base.... Un peccato perché si tratta di una stazione più che strategica per le comunicazioni città hinterland.
Station staff friendly and helpful towards users. But it operates on the basis of a service that is in spite of themselves very bad. Rail services are constantly in trouble. The bus replacement services operate with their own logic and their own schedules. Communication via the internet has been at a standstill for weeks, in the intermediate stations it simply does not exist. In short, for travelers it is a disservice managed to leave and an informative chaos to return .... Every day it is hoped to be able to return to the base .... A shame because it is a more than strategic station for city communications hinterland.
