pago regolarmente il bollo e poi quando per caso mi accorgo che non dovevo pagarlo perché in famiglia abbiamo una macchina ibrida - loro mi dicono che è colpa mia, che non hanno intenzione di restituirmi i soldi e che addirittura devo pagare io.
MAI + da loro. la disonestà non paga.

non risulta il mio nome perchè è intestata a mia madre che ha un altro cognome.
non ho sbagliato punto Aci perchè noi da 30 anni lavoriamo in zona (e infatti veniamo pure a piedi da voi)
se voi mi dite che io posso richiedere rimborso e voi non fate risatina dicendo che è colpa mia che ho puntualmente pagato
allora io verrò presto, chiederò rimborso con tutti i documenti in regola e immediatamente toglierò questa recensione. ma non voglio pagare un solo euro per chiedere il rimborso che mi spetta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenza efficienza estrema cortesia e disponibilita sono solo alcune delle doti che ha espresso il personale della delegazione nel disbrigo della delicata e inusuale pratica che abbiamo portato alla loro attenzione . Belle e cordiali inoltre le dottoresse del front desk doti che certamente fanno sempre piacere agli utenti.
Non saprei cosa chiedere di meglio in tale ambito.
Expertise, efficiency, extreme courtesy and helpfulness are just some of the qualities that the delegation staff expressed in handling the delicate and unusual practice that we have brought to their attention. The doctors at the front desk are also nice and friendly, qualities that certainly always please the users.
I don't know what more to ask in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaggio fatto di venerdì mattina, durato 2 ore e alla fine ci viene detto che il libretto non era disponibile e ci avrebbero richiamato loro. Sono trascorsi 5 giorni in cui chiamiamo e ci viene sempre detto che vi è un errore ed è stato aperto un ticket...assurdo.
Passage made of Friday morning, lasted 2 hours and in the end we are told that the booklet was not available and would have called them back. 5 days have passed in which we call and we are always told that there is a mistake and a ticket was opened ... absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un'appuntamento per un passaggio di proprietà, l' orario è stato perfettamente rispettato, gli spazio sono ben gestiti anche rispetto alle normative Covid, l'agente che ha curato la nostra pratica era preparato e ci ha fornito ottimi suggerimenti burocratici. Tutto si è svolto in serenità e velocemente. Ci siamo trovati bene tutti venditore ed acquirente. Lo consiglio per il disbrigo pratiche.
We had an appointment for a change of ownership, the timetable was perfectly respected, the spaces are well managed even with respect to Covid regulations, the agent who took care of our practice was prepared and provided us with excellent bureaucratic suggestions. Everything went smoothly and quickly. We all enjoyed it, seller and buyer. I recommend it for paperwork.
