Questa ritengo siano le principali soft skills. Ovviamente anche il servizio reso alla mia autovettura si è rivelato di pari livello. Si trattava di fare un semplice aggiornamento che dai blasonati era diventato una chimera. Poi ho chiamato Hyundai Italia che mi ha indirizzato qui. Già dalla prima telefonata ho capito che avevo trovato la mia isola felice. Tutta un'altra attenzione e aggiornamento fatto in 15 minuti. Bravi! Talmente gentili da avermi aspettata un quarto d'ora oltre l'orario di chiusura per riprendere la macchina, visto che stavo nel traffico. Fossero tutti così gentili! Non era un gesto che erano tenuti a fare, l'ho davvero molto apprezzato. Rapporto qualità prezzo nettamente sbilanciato verso la qualità.
