Ormai mi fidavo e volevo provare a fare da loro il balayage per dare un pò di riflessi naturali ai miei capelli visto il solito mio colore castano scuro e dato che mi trovavo lì volevo dare la solita spuntatina ai capelli,raccomandando che li volevo mantenere lunghissimi e volevo togliere solo le doppie punte! Il risultato? Più di 10 cm di capelli in meno con un ciuffo così corto che assomiglia ad una frangetta e delle meches biondo oro che escono a ciuffi dalla cute e per tutto il ciuffo, giustificandosi che esistono tanti tipi di belayage, ma quello non si avvicinava minimamente, premettendo che gli ho fatto vedere anche la foto di come li volevo, ma lei voleva dare un tono di colore ai miei capelli visto che erano piatti e che dopo quello che ho pagato al massimo poteva farmi tornare castana ma se volevo fare quei riflessi che volevo dovevo pagare extra! Mi dispiace anche perché sono persone squisite ma professionalmente deludenti, non ci tornerò mai più, entrare da un parrucchiere con i capelli stupendi,curati e lunghissimi ed uscire delusa e con i capelli completamente rovinati,bruciati e con un taglio orribile, non mi era mai successo!
