Nasce come macelleria che poi si è ....... allargata, quindi non chiedete piatti a base di pesce. Io trovo i primi , con vari sughi a base di carne, ottimi. Per i secondi , tutti ben cucinati, sì và dalle polpette di scottona alla costata alla fiorentina, passando dagli involtini di vitello al semplice arrosto. Cordialità e simpatia fanno il resto. When I am in Caltanissetta I often go to Castile for a good and quick lunch. Few tables and cozy atmosphere. It was born as a butcher shop which then ....... expanded, so don't ask for fish dishes. I find the first courses, with various meat sauces, excellent. For the second courses, all well cooked, yes go from the scottona meatballs to the Florentine steak, passing from the veal rolls to the simple roast. Friendliness and sympathy do the rest.

La cortesia dei proprietari e del personale é un piacere. Il locale ha un arredamento Piacevolmente giovanile. Cucina ottima. Gli antipasti sono sempre buonissimi e freschi, sapori e profumi che esaltano la genuinita’ dei piatti. Sulle preparazioni di carne, cotta o cruda che sia, non c’è altro da dire che : BUONISSIMI!!! E per finire, da non perdere, il tiramisù della proprietaria! Always excellent. We have known this place for some time. When we are in Caltanissetta, it is a must. The courtesy of the owners and staff is a pleasure. The restaurant has a pleasantly youthful decor. Excellent cuisine. The appetizers are always delicious and fresh, flavors and aromas that enhance the authenticity of the dishes. Regarding meat preparations, whether cooked or raw, there is nothing more to say than: VERY GOOD !!! And finally, not to be missed, the owner's tiramisu!

Però posso recensirlo perché tempo fa ho avuto il piacere di cenare lì, all'aperto. In quella occasione c'era pure una bravissima cantante nissena che si esibiva. Ho mangiato bene e ho trascorso una bella serata. Google asked me to review this place just because I parked my car in front of this business. But I can review it because some time ago I had the pleasure of dining there, outdoors. On that occasion there was also a talented Nissen singer who performed. I ate well and had a nice evening.

Consiglio gli Antipasti crudi di carne davvero buoni,anche l'antipasto caldo non era male, ma si trova ovunque a differenza di quello crudo davvero particolare. Abbiamo preso una bistecca a testa,non è da tutti finirla davvero grande. Ottima la qualità dei prodotti (che è giusto pagare). Ho letto nelle altre recensioni che è caro ma non è così! Tra qualità e abbondanza il prezzo è giusto.tutti molto cortesi dal proprietario al cameriere. Great dining experience! I recommend the really good raw meat appetizers, even the hot appetizer was not bad, but you can find it everywhere unlike the really particular raw one. We took a steak each, not everyone finishes it really great. Excellent quality of products (which is fair to pay). I've read in other reviews that it's expensive but it's not! Between quality and abundance, the price is right.All very courteous from the owner to the waiter.
