ho fatto molti viaggi con loro e non ho mai avuto problemi se non una volta quando per andare ad Etnaland un'impiegata sbagliò il luogo di partenza dell'autobus facendoci partire 20-30min più tardi e non permettendoci di essere vicini (eravamo in 4 ed essendo l'autobus già tutto pieno i nostri 4 posti erano un po' a caso lungo tutto l'autobus) ma vabbè capitano a tutti gli errori, nonostante questo consiglio davvero quest'agenzia...

I made many trips with them and I never had any problems except once when to go to Etnaland an employee missed the starting point of the bus making us leave 20-30min later and not allowing us to be close (we were 4 and since the bus is already full our 4 seats were a bit 'at random along the whole bus) but ok all captain errors, despite this I really recommend this agency ...
