Sorge su una collina piena di storia con resti di una cisterna romana a servizio di un castrum e proprio in cima alla collina la graziosa Pieve di S. Martino restaurata. Beautiful perfectly restored castle with a magnificent view of the plain below. Periodically there are exhibitions or events. It stands on a hill full of history with the remains of a Roman cistern serving a castrum and right on top of the hill the lovely restored Pieve di S. Martino.

Consiglio anche di visitare la chiesa di San Martino più in sù, aperta ogni domenica Nice castle, I stopped for cheese and wine tasting at the castle bar, really interesting initiative. I also recommend visiting the church of San Martino higher up, open every Sunday

Un peccato i dintorni con immondizia nei percorsi e le informazioni con imprecisioni specie nelle traduzioni Beautiful restoration with beautiful views. A pity the surroundings with garbage in the paths and information with inaccuracies especially in the translations

Si scava ancora ci sono anche reperti Romani. Un posto panoramico. All'interno Enoteca con terrazza. E più su la Chiesetta di S. Martino A beautiful renovation of a medieval castle. Inside there is a permanent exhibition of historical artifacts and until May 15, 2022 an exhibition by Sebastiao Salgado. It is still excavated there are also Roman finds. A scenic spot.
