★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In origine era una torre pentagonale dove, in seguito, le fu costruito attorno il castello. Appena entrati si trova il cortile con in centro una cisterna e degli attrezzi agricoli e dopo si accede alle sale. Interessanti la sala Wigram usata come museo della seconda guerra mondiale combattuta a Casoli e la sala del Silenzio dedicata a Gabriele D'Annunzio con una stanza studio e la stanza da letto dove veniva ospitato. Arrivati in cima alla Torre Normanna si può ammirare tutto lo splendore della Majella ed il paesaggio di Casoli e dintorni. Il personale all'ingresso è accogliente, gentile e molto premuroso.
 It was originally a pentagonal tower where the castle was later built around it. As soon as you enter, you will find the courtyard with a cistern and agricultural tools in the center and then you enter the rooms. Interesting is the Wigram room used as a museum of the Second World War fought in Casoli and the room of Silence dedicated to Gabriele D'Annunzio with a study room and the bedroom where he was housed. Once at the top of the Norman Tower you can admire all the splendor of the Majella and the landscape of Casoli and its surroundings. The staff at the entrance are welcoming, kind and very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il castello per come è oggi, offre ben poco da vedere, se non per il panorama che si può ammirare dalla splendida torre. C'è un progetto in atto per un riprosistino dell' arredamento che lo riporti indietro nel tempo.
The castle as it is today, offers very little to see, if not for the panorama that can be admired from the splendid tower. There is a project underway for a restoration of the furniture that takes it back in time.

Beautiful village and castle with beautiful panoramic views across the valley. Possibility to climb the tower. There is the room where D'Annunzio was staying with his writings on the walls.
