Il posto è molto bello, il castello è ben tenuto anche se potrebbe essere ulteriormente curato. L'atmosfera in generale è di sicuro impatto. Per cui valutasse per un matrimonio c'è da tener conto che oltre un certo numero di invitati sarà necessario dividersi in 2 sale, come abbiamo fatto noi. Col senno di poi non è il massimo, molto meglio una sala con tutte le persone insieme... My wife and I chose this castle for our wedding dinner, 6 years ago. The place is very nice, the castle is well maintained although it could be further taken care of. The atmosphere in general is of sure impact. So consider for a wedding it should be taken into account that over a certain number of guests it will be necessary to divide into 2 rooms, as we did. In hindsight it's not the best, much better a room with all the people together ...

La nuova gestione ha ridato vita al castello, lo consiglio vivamente per eventi o anche solo un pranzo domenicale fuori porta. Location, staff and impeccable service. We have been here several times and it is always a pleasure to return there. The new management has given new life to the castle, I highly recommend it for events or even just a Sunday lunch out of town.

Anche il buffet era scarso è scadente! Assente l'aria condizionata! Se fa caldo schiatti! Non so quanto abbiano pagato gli sposi, ma spero molto poco! We were for a wedding, bad service, no encores, they didn't even remove the empty bottles from the table, plus the dishes offered were poor and lacking in content. Even the buffet was poor it is poor! No air conditioning! If it's hot, blow up! I don't know how much the spouses paid, but I hope very little!

Porzioni abbondanti, molta scelta, piatti di qualità, legati al territorio, con attenzione agli accostamenti. Dall'antipasto al dolce tutto squisito! Proposta anche per i bambini, mia figlia di sette anni era molto contenta :) I propietari veramente due persone meravigliose, gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Ci tornerò assolutamente e porterò anche amici perchè merita di essere conosciuto. Da fotografa di matrimonio, inoltre, mi sento di consigliarlo per le coppie che amano il Monferrato, la cucina del territorio, il panorama e l'atmosfera unica del castello. Qui troveranno tutto questo, insieme a una coppia di gestori dalla grande disponibilità e competenza. Family lunch in Santo Stefano, excellent food and wines. Large portions, lots of choice, quality dishes, linked to the territory, with attention to the combinations. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is delicious! Also a proposal for children, my seven-year-old daughter was very happy :) The owners are really two wonderful, kind, welcoming and helpful people. I will absolutely go back and I will also bring friends because it deserves to be known. As a wedding photographer, I would also recommend it to couples who love Monferrato, the cuisine of the area, the view and the unique atmosphere of the castle. Here they will find all this, together with a couple of managers with great availability and competence.

Vale veramente la pena anche perché una cena in un locale così storico è veramente piacevole. New management !!! Great food focused on quality. Excellent courtesy of managers and waiters. It is really worth it because a dinner in such a historic place is really pleasant.
