Era l'agente immobiliare scelto del venditore e, quindi, a noi è capitato. Ma ad essere sinceri non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio. Un ottimo professionista, sempre disponibile e molto corretto. Ci è stato vicino in ogni passaggio ed anche nella richiesta del mutuo ha saputo suggerirci ottimi professionisti che ci hanno affiancato, aiutato e seguiti in ogni pratica burocratica del caso. He was the seller's chosen real estate agent and, therefore, it happened to us. But to be honest we couldn't have chosen better. An excellent professional, always available and very correct. He was close to us in every step and also in the mortgage request he was able to suggest excellent professionals who supported us, helped and followed us in every necessary bureaucratic practice. Giá dal primo incontro con il Sig. Piero Castelletti c'è stato subito feeling ed empatia grazie alla sua educazione, gentilezza e propensione all'ascolto delle esigenze che avevo. Piero (lo voglio chiamare così perché siamo poi diventati amici) è stato sempre molto professionale, preparato e disponibile. In questo periodo di collaborazione mi ha sempre supportato, accompagnato in ogni fase della trattativa e consigliato ottimamente anche nelle situazioni accessorie della vendita del mio immobile. Evidentemente non era l’immobile il problema, ma le persone a cui lo avevo affidato in passato. Sono stata poi seguita con professionalità in tutti gli step della transazione da tutto lo staff. After two years in the hands of agencies that promise you everything and then don't even bring a potential client to visit the property, I relied on this agency (and specifically on Caterina Montemurro) and in a few months it made dozens of visits and brought several proposals. Evidently it was not the property that was the problem, but the people to whom I had entrusted it in the past.
