Morbida, dolce ma non troppo, profumo lieve e senza strani resti di lievitazione... Insomma, una meraviglia. Consigliato chiamare per prenotare le focacce, c'è sempre la (meritata) fila fuori.
I take the focaccia every year, needless to go around it, they are superior to any other focaccia I have ever tasted in life. Soft, sweet but not too much, light fragrance and without strange remnants of leavening ... In short, a marvel. Recommended to call to book the focaccia, there is always the (well-deserved) line out.
