Poi ho conosciuto Fausto e Vincenzo dai quali ho avuto ragguagli eccezionali, che mi hanno risolto i problemi che avevo nella mia piscina INTEX fuori terra. Ho comprato una pompa a sabbia, che funziona benissimo e poi ho preso una pompa di calore di nuova generazione, prodotto eccezionale, che unito ai loro suggerimenti mi riscalda l’acqua in modo superlativo. Grazie Fausto, sei veramente in gamba! Consiglio a tutti gli appassionati di piscine, di andare in Castelflora. Alla prossima! Grazie! Then I met Fausto and Vincenzo from whom I had exceptional information, which solved the problems I had in my above ground INTEX pool. I bought a sand pump, which works great and then I got a new generation heat pump, an exceptional product, which combined with their suggestions heats my water in a superlative way. Ho acquistato anni fa una Intex da loro e relativamente ai pezzi di ricambi, mi aspettavo un servizio post-vendita più attento. Spesso mancano prodotti che nella stagione estiva sono un "must". Alla fine ho douto rivolgermi altrove per ottenere i ricambi e accessori di questa marca. Very correct and kind staff. A negative note is to be made regarding spare parts, accessories and consumables for swimming pools. I bought an Intex from them years ago and with regards to spare parts, I expected a more attentive after-sales service. Often there are no products that are a "must" in the summer season. Eventually I had to go elsewhere to get spare parts and accessories of this brand.

Che dire spedizione velocissima. rispondono sempre al telefono per risolvere ogni dubbio, fausto ha allegato un disegno per il montaggio chiaro e dettagliato è bastato seguire il disegno. Abbiamo avuto un pò di problemi con la pulizia e con acqua torbida ma il buon Fausto ci ha dato delle dritte e consigliato l'acquisto di una pompa con filtro a sabbia più grande, i ns problemi sono terminati, acqua cristallina e zero fatica. Ho trovato cortesia e professionalità soprattutto perché avevo dei dubbi in merito al giusto codice dei pezzi di ricambio. Infine, la merce è stata spedita con un ottimo imballaggio ed è arrivata prima di quanto previsto. Lo consiglio vivamente. I bought Intex pool spare parts, the price is great in comparison to other online retailers. I found courtesy and professionalism above all because I had doubts about the right spare part code. Ho chiesto delle informazioni su una piscina fuoriterra e sono stati molto gentili e veloci a soddisfare la mia richiesta. Sono, tra l'altro, gli unici a vendere la modifica per poter mettere lo skimmer delle piscine interrate sulle piscine fuori terra, in modo da ottimizzare la pulizia e il flusso d'acqua. E solo loro vendono la modifica personalizzabile per poter collegare la pompa di calore per le piscine fuori terra. Il prezzo di queste due modifiche lo ritengo economico rispetto a quello che danno. Con loro sei sicuro che qualsiasi problema tu abbia, venga risolto con competenza e professionalità. Se avete bisogno di piscine, ricambi e accessori, siete nel posto giusto! :) Bellissimo il loro canale Youtube, che spiega gratuitamente come mantenere la piscina e che prodotti/accessori utilizzare. Ringrazio ancora a Fausto per l'assistenza ricevuta ;) Professional and very competent. I asked about an above ground pool and they were very kind and quick to accommodate my request. Among other things, they are the only ones to sell the modification to be able to put the skimmer of the inground pools on the above ground pools, in order to optimize cleaning and water flow. And only they sell the customizable modification to be able to connect the heat pump for above ground pools. I think the price of these two changes is cheap compared to what they give. With them you are sure that any problem you have will be solved with competence and professionalism. If you need swimming pools, spare parts and accessories, you are in the right place! :) Their Youtube channel is beautiful, explaining for free how to maintain the pool and what products / accessories to use. Ho trovato molti prodotti validi e dopo una breve telefonata ho preso alcuni prodotti che mi servivano!! Molto cordiali ma soprattutto un centro assistenza degno di nota!! Ho preso uno skimmer fisso ed una nuova pompa per la mia piscina e devo dire che non potevo fare acquisto migliore!! Mi sto veramente trovando bene sicuramente anche se abito distante dalla loro sede.... diventeranno il mio punto di riferimento ed il mio negozio online per i prossimi acquisti che sicuramente farò!! I found many good products and after a short phone call I got some products I needed !! Very friendly but above all a noteworthy service center !! I got a fixed skimmer and a new pump for my pool and I must say that I couldn't have made a better purchase !!
