★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si lavora in base ad appuntamento per orario ma ci si presenta e viene assegnato un numero di arrivo.Fin qui ok.Ma ultimamente si é deciso di associare tali numeri di clienti in presenza nel locale,a coloro i quali,comodamente da casa ,senza fretta e magari ancora addormentate nel proprio letto,chiamano per avere il loro numero di prenotazione.Ciò comporta una notevole discriminanza di trattamento tra la clientela .Sabato alle 7.25 quando io sono giunta,vi erano 4 persone in attesa.Fin qui ok.Poi ho capito che non ne erano 4 ma 8 perché altre 4 avevano telefonato per essere inserite.Nonostante la beffa,ho deciso di attendere cmq ma alle 10.30 ,quindi dopo 3 ore,ancora non mi era stata messa la tinta .Ho deciso così di andar via e non tornare più.Non si può trattare allo stesso modo chi si fa in 4 per cercare di arrivare prima e chi invece chiama comodamente da casa.
 You do not work by appointment by time but you show up and are assigned an arrival number. Here it is ok. But lately it has been decided to associate these numbers of customers in presence in the room, to those who, from the comfort of home, without haste and maybe still asleep in their own bed, they call to have their booking number. This involves a considerable discrimination of treatment among the customers. Saturday at 7.25 when I arrived, there were 4 people waiting. I realized that there were not 4 but 8 because 4 others had phoned to be inserted. Despite the mockery, I decided to wait anyway but at 10.30, so after 3 hours, I still had not been put the color. I decided to go away and not come back anymore. You can't treat the 4 people in the same way to try to get there first and those who call comfortably from home.
