★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questa azienda grazie a google maps, ho consegnato loro una sella il 2 di settembre per rivestirla con gomma piuma e pelle, e dopo nove giorni (oggi) nonostante una consegna promessa per oggi pomeriggio (confermata ieri) mi ritrovo con un nulla di fatto e con la sella incompleta. Ho dovuto ritirarla per far completare il lavoro a qualcun'altro. Esperienza negativa.
I found this company thanks to google maps, I gave them a saddle on September 2nd to cover it with foam and leather, and after nine days (today) despite a promised delivery this afternoon (confirmed yesterday) I find myself with nothing done and with the saddle incomplete. I had to pick it up to have someone else complete the job. Negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una sella da modificare, parlo con il signor Attilio e sembra comprendere il mio pensiero quindi mi fa un preventivo andiamo d'accordo e lascio la sella, torno a ritirarla non nei tempi stabiliti ma questo non è un problema. oltre a un notevole sovrapprezzo trovo la sella non come avevamo concordato e sinceramente mi sono accorto che pure lui ha notato qualcosa che non và, decidiamo che la provo poi vediamo il da farsi, torno e il signor Attilio non c'è pertanto parlo col figlio il quale sembra comprendere il mio pensiero, modifica la sella in maniera RIDICOLA logicamente a mie spese..... sono veramente deluso
I brought a saddle to be modified, I talk to Mr. Attilio and he seems to understand my thoughts so he gives me a quote, let's get along and I leave the saddle, I go back to collect it not on time but this is not a problem. in addition to a considerable surcharge, I find the saddle not as we had agreed and honestly I realized that he too has noticed something wrong, we decide to try it then let's see what to do, I come back and Mr. Attilio is not there so I talk to his son who seems to understand my thoughts, modifies the saddle in a RIDICULAR way logically at my expense ..... I'm really disappointed
