Orari di lavoro imbarazzanti, incompatibili con la maggior parte degli orari di lavoro di chi la banca dovrebbe usarla per necessità. Se a questo si aggiunge orari di apertura da sito SBAGLIATI, siamo a cavallo. Sono uscito da lavoro in anticipo, per arrivare in banca entro le 16.05 (come da sito) e scopro da foglio A4 appeso sulla porta che l'orario di chiusura è stato anticipato alle 15.45: forse aggiornare un sito è troppa fatica. Chiudere con precisione invece non è fatica, e alle 15.47 mi sento dire, da dietro la porta, "la banca ormai è chiusa". La media delle stelle di questa banca rispecchia bene la qualità del servizio.
