Sapevamo fosse molto rinomato nella nostra città e abbiamo sperimentato di prima persona. Lo showroom è molto vasto e sono presenti gli stili più disparati, tutte piastrelle di ottima qualità. Noi siamo stati seguiti dalla Signora Marzia che ha svolto un lavoro eccezionale per ricercare le piastrelle più adatte al nostro gusto forse un po' troppo "demodè": con pazienza e professionalità, ci ha guidati nella scelta fornendoci possibili soluzioni a cui non avevamo pensato. Grazie a Lei e alla Ditta Casorati abbiamo delle piastrelle stupende. Siamo assolutamente soddisfatti! We have recently renovated our house and we have chosen the tiles from Casorati. We knew it was very popular in our city and we experienced it first hand. The showroom is very large and there are the most disparate styles, all tiles of excellent quality. We were followed by Mrs. Marzia who did an exceptional job to find the tiles best suited to our taste, perhaps a little too "old fashioned": with patience and professionalism, she guided us in the choice by providing us with possible solutions that we had not thought of. Thanks to you and to the Casorati company we have wonderful tiles. We are absolutely satisfied!

Consegna programmata la sera prima per la mattina dopo alle 8:30,alle 9:30 ancora nessuna notizia dei mobili.decisi di chiamare per aver notizie,si erano dimenticati!! Vabbè mi dicono che il ragazzo sarebbe arrivato subito dopo 30 minuti. Dopo 40 minuti arriva il ragazzo scarica e Apriamo i mobili per controllare se fosse tutto apposto Mah mobili rotti portati indietro.Dopo qualche giorno mi chiamano e mi chiedono se li volessi così mah con uno sconto Extra(non ci credevo).dopo due mesi sono riusciti a portarmi i mobili apposto a Casa.Casa al completo mah senza mobili bagno.Ridicoli!! Sono stata ascoltata da un signore che con aria di sufficienza mi ha dato svogliatamente due consigli scarni. Mai più... a volte bisogna essere più umili e gentili cari signori. I materiali che avevo scelto per il mio appartamento erano stati acquistati da voi ma erano altri tempi e c'erano altre persone.... I entered this show room a few days ago for info about the covering of my bathroom that I have to partially renovate. I was listened to by a gentleman who gave me two scant advice with an air of disdain. Never again ... sometimes you have to be more humble and kind dear gentlemen. The materials I had chosen for my apartment had been purchased by you but they were other times and there were other people ....
