Il nostro appartamento era sporco con presenza di ragnatele, ragni e formiche in ogni angolo di tutte le stanze...infatti era rimasto chiuso da febbraio almeno il rischio covid era ridotto! Io e mio marito abbiamo impiegato 3 ore e più per pulire disinfettare e renderla accessibile ai nostri figli. La struttura è priva di climatizzatori ma anche di zanzariere in molte camere, di conseguenza è stata una lotta continua con zanzare e mosche. Quando tutto ciò è stato fatto presente alla proprietaria, la risposta è stata che potevamo andare via ma con la perdita della caparra pagata il 10 giugno al momento della prenotazione. Siamo rimasti perché avevamo fatto la spesa e riempito il frigo (dopo aver rimosso la muffa!) e a distanza di 2 giorni sarebbero venuti in un altro pessimo appartamento mio fratello con la relativa famiglia. Unica nota positiva è la posizione della struttura che permette di raggiungere i luoghi di interesse velocemente! Complete disaster. Our apartment was dirty with the presence of cobwebs, spiders and ants in every corner of all the rooms ... in fact it had been closed since February at least the covid risk was reduced! My husband and I took 3 hours and more to clean disinfect and make it accessible to our children. The structure is devoid of air conditioning but also of mosquito nets in many rooms, consequently it was a continuous fight with mosquitoes and flies. When all this was pointed out to the owner, the answer was that we could leave but with the loss of the deposit paid on 10 June at the time of booking. We stayed because we had grocery shopping and filled the fridge (after removing the mold!) And after 2 days my brother and his family would come to another bad apartment. The only positive note is the location of the structure that allows you to reach places of interest quickly!

Tanto spazio anche esterno per i bambini con altalene , liberi di correre , situato in una strada principale vicino alla città di Viterbo ed Orvieto facili da raggiungere ma con tutta la privacy che uno desidera ! Lo consiglio veramente a tutti ? Cozy, clean and tastefully furnished apartments! Plenty of space also outside for children with swings, free to run, located in a main road close to the city of Viterbo and Orvieto easy to reach but with all the privacy you want! I really recommend it to everyone ?

Curatissimi sia l'interno che il giardino, con un barbecue e un forno a disposizione dei clienti, ombrelloni e tavoli per mangiare all'esterno. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with all comforts with induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The interior and the garden are very well kept, with a barbecue and an oven available to customers, umbrellas and tables for eating outside. Great availability and kindness of the owner.

A	Alessandra Gregorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura si presenta in una posizione strategica per tutti i luoghi da visitare nella zona. Le case sono ampie e il giardino è vivibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in estate e non è concepibile , nel 2020, in un luogo di campagna non avere le zanzariere alle finestre. La mattina eravamo svegliati dal ronzio e le toccate delle mosche. Non c'è stata comunicazione per l'assenza dell aria condizionata, si sta abbastanza freschi, ma non essendoci climatizzatore dovevi per forza tenere le finestre aperte e da qui torniamo al punto sopra descritto(no zanzariere ergo mosche a go go) . Per la pulizia poche cose da dire: scarse! La cappa della cucina, nella zona dove azioni luce e ventola ( la luce e la ventola non funzionante) era piena di grasso. Le tende, doppie e pesanti , abbastanza piene di polvere. Le teglie e le pentole, meglio portarsele da casa... Detto questo è un vero peccato perché davvero potrebbe essere una struttuta molto più valida di quello che é . La direzione dovrebbe avere più cura di questi dettagli, piuttosto che del quadretto a forma di cuore o del fiore finto nel barattolo. Soggiorno di 3 notti 8 persone costato 700 euro. The structure is in a strategic position for all the places to visit in the area. The houses are large and the garden is livable. We stayed in the summer and it is not conceivable, in 2020, in a country place not to have mosquito nets on the windows. In the morning we were awakened by the buzzing and touching of the flies. The curtains, double and heavy, quite full of dust. The trays and pots, better to bring them from home ... That said it is a real shame because it really could be a much more valid structure than it is. Management should take more care of these details, rather than the heart-shaped picture or fake flower in the jar. 3 nights stay 8 people cost 700 euros.
