L'unico appuntamento che siamo riusciti a fissare, dopo molti rinvii, abbiamo dovuto disdirlo all'ultimo poiché prima è stato detto che alle 13:30 sarebbero stati a casa e poi, il giorno dell'appuntamento al suddetto orario, che le 13:30 era l'orario in cui sarebbero partiti. Si sono persi per avvitare due maniglie. The doors are really nice, too bad that one was mounted upside down and that all the handles came off in two months. The only appointment we managed to fix, after many postponements, we had to cancel at the last one because first it was said that at 13:30 they would be home and then, on the day of the appointment at that time, that 13: 30 was the time they would leave. They got lost to screw two handles.

P	Pasquale Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le porte acquistate sono belle, peccato che una di queste mi è stata montata male e dopo poco è andata a toccare e graffiare tutto il pavimento. Anche le altre porte sono state montate male, in particolare i coprifili non sono stati ben fissati e si spostano ogni volta che chiudo la porta. L'assistenza post vendita è stata davvero pessima, ogni volta che telefonavo mi veniva detto di parlare con il Signor Michele al quale dovevo rispiegare la situazione e sperare in un appuntamento. In diversi mesi in cui ho provato a telefonarli (6 mesi per la precisione), sono riuscito ad ottenere un solo appuntamento nel quale gli operai sono venuti, hanno visto le porte e se ne sono andati senza fare nulla perchè non avevano l'attrezzatura. Ho chiamato diverse altre volte successivamente ed ogni volta il Signor Michele accampava una scusa; per un periodo di alcune settimane mi ha perfino detto che il furgoncino era in riparazione e non riusciva a mandare in giro i suoi operai, ma credo che non sia possibile per una ditta del genere non avere mezzi sostitutivi, era solo una questione di volontà mancante. Alla fine ho chiamato un falegname provatamente che mi ha sistemato le porte a pagamento. Vi consiglio di non acquistare da Casillo perchè se dovessero montare male le porte (come da altre recensioni vedo fanno molto spesso) non avreste più nessuna assistenza. The purchased doors are beautiful, it's a pity that one of these was badly mounted and after a while it touched and scratches the entire floor. The other doors were also badly assembled, in particular the architraves were not well fixed and they move every time I close the door. The after-sales assistance was really bad, every time I called I was told to talk to Mr. Michele to whom I had to re-explain the situation and hope for an appointment. In several months in which I tried to call them (6 months to be precise), I managed to get only one appointment in which the workers came, saw the doors and left without doing anything because they did not have the equipment. I called several other times successively and every time Mr. Michele made an apology; for a period of a few weeks he even told me that the van was under repair and he could not send his workers around, but I think it is not possible for such a company not to have replacement means, it was just a matter of lack of will . Eventually I called a carpenter who tried to fix the doors for me for a fee. I advise you not to buy from Casillo because if the doors should be badly fitted (as from other reviews I see they do very often) you would no longer have any assistance.

Ho chiamato tante volte e 6 mesi fa è venuto un operaio ma non aveva l'attrezzatura per fare la modifica che avrebbe riferito e mi avrebbero dato un altro appuntamento per fare il lavoro sono passati altri 5 mesi ma io non ho visto e sentito nessuno.Adesso capisco perché vogliono i soldi tutti prima della consegna.Il cliente per loro è solo quando compri poi non ti pensano più.Mario Giugliano The doors were delivered to me at the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, beautiful doors of excellent quality, but some were mounted with the opening upside down.
