★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come primo approccio direi buono, prescindere i vari pacchetti per attivare la garanzia che ognuno ha il suo, il tecnico gentilissimo e educato mi ha spiegato alcuni dettagli con molta calma e pazienza e competente del suo mestiere, avendo avuto altre esperienze con un'altra caldaia e l'assistenza ? questa di vaillant sembra essere buona..vedremo col tempo se sarà sempre così..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 mesi per collaudare un impianto con pompa di calore e condizionamento, tra valvole sbagliate e numerosi interventi di cui l ultimo oggi in cui mi si dice che è tutto a posto.
Risultato: il condizionamento non è mai partito e adesso addirittura non arriva più neanche l acqua calda, un calvario infinito per un impianto tutt'altro che economico, mai più Vaillant nella vita, impianti 'nucleari' complicatissimi che loro stessi non sanno gestire visto che dopo 3 mesi io e la mia famiglia siamo ancora qui a subire i disagi del caso e a trovarci a non potere neanche farmi una doccia. Inaccettabile da tutti i punti di vista.
