C’è stato risposto in maniera sgarbata con : vari modelli. Il giorno dopo in data 12/08/2021 abbiamo effettuato l’ordine di un paio di scarpe che il sito in questione dava disponibili, poi abbiamo contattato il negozio per informarli dell’ordine e del bonifico eseguito, e se potevamo avere altre foto! C’è stato risposto anche questa volta in maniera sgarbata e poco professionale, che non si sapeva se il numero di quel modello era disponibile e subito dopo ci hanno avvisate che un’altra persona aveva ordinato prima di noi, c’è stato detto che potevamo cambiare modello oppure revocare! abbiamo revocato l’ordine è il bonifico ! Quindi poco professionali, maleducati e soprattutto se non sono disponibili il sito va aggiornato mano a mano che vanno vendute! Non ordineremo mai più, non lo consiglierei mai al mondo! Non ho mai trovato un negozio e dei venditori così poco seri! We had sent a message to the istagram page to ask for information on the fit and on the numbers and models available in that size (n 40)! We were rudely answered with: various models. The next day on 12/08/2021 we placed the order for a pair of shoes that the site in question gave available, then we contacted the store to inform them of the order and the bank transfer made, and if we could have more photos! We were replied also this time in a rude and unprofessional way, that we did not know if the number of that model was available and immediately after we were informed that another person had ordered before us, we were told that we could change the model or revoke! we have canceled the order and the bank transfer! So unprofessional, rude and especially if they are not available, the site must be updated as they are sold! We will never order again, would never recommend it to the world! I have never found a shop and vendors that are so not very serious!

Ma se fin qui si può anche sorvolare, all’arrivo del pacco trovo all’intero un paio di scarpe che non ho acquistato. Quindi mi viene da pensare che mi abbiano rifilato quello che avevano, dato il ritardo. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Si possono trovare sicuramente altri shop che offrono un servizio migliore e sopratutto vi vendono quello che vedete sul sito!! Aggiornamento: Li sto contattando da giorni per il rimborso e non mi sanno dare una risposta, ho chiesto che mi fosse inviata una foto che dimostrasse l’effettivo contatto con il corriere, ma mi hanno risposto di non essere in ufficio e dunque di non poter fornirla. Da Quel momento non si sono fatti più vivi. Di sicuro non verrò rimborsata dato questo comportamento, quindi non mi resta che sconsigliarlo vivamente perché ci rimettete!! Bad! They offer really embarrassing customer service where I don't answer or if you're lucky you'll get a useless and annoyed answer! But if you can even fly over this far, when the package arrives, I find a whole pair of shoes that I have not purchased. So I think they gave me what they had, given the delay. I would not recommend it to anyone. You can certainly find other shops that offer a better service and above all they sell you what you see on the site !! Update: I have been contacting them for days for a refund and they do not know how to give me an answer, I asked for a photo to be sent to demonstrate the actual contact with the courier, but they replied that they are not in the office and therefore cannot provide it. Since that moment they have not shown up anymore. For sure I will not be reimbursed for this behavior, so I just have to strongly advise against it because you lose out !!
