★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza a causa di fumo sulla carreggiata si è dovuto uscire e per percorrere 2,5 km ed imboccare il casello ci sono volute più di 2 ore, un incubo.
Bad experience due to smoke on the roadway and we had to go out and to travel 2.5 km and take the toll booth it took more than 2 hours, a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casello autostradale pessimo, nn funziona niente, l altra sera dopo un percorso Pescara /vasto nord da incubo con tutti quei cantieri infiniti ormai da 10 anni.... X pagare non mi accettava i soldi di carta e nemmeno il pagobancomat.... Solo monete che nn avevo.... Morale ho dovuto pagare ad un bar con sisal al costo di 2€ in più.... ASSURDO!!!! Andate a lavorare e chiudetelo quel casello..... ???????????
Bad motorway toll booth, nothing works, the other evening after a nightmare journey in Pescara / vast north with all those endless construction sites for 10 years now .... X to pay I did not accept paper money and not even the pagobancomat .... Only coins that I didn't have .... Moral I had to pay to a bar with sisal at a cost of € 2 more .... ABSURD !!!! Go to work and close that toll booth ..... ???????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato apposta nel giorno del rientro dalle ferie per sostituire il telepass che si è guastato la settimana prima. Nonostante il Punto Blu faccia orario continuato (informazione ricavata da google maps e confermata dal cartello sulla porta) non mi è stato concesso l'accesso perché ,erano le 12.20, l'impiegata doveva iniziare la pausa pranzo . Sono rimasto senza parole dalla mancanza di serietà di un'azienda che, in un giorno da bollino nero, resti sotto organico e non riesca a garantire gli orari di apertura agli utenti.
