Dopo aver preso l'uscita Palma Campania, giungo con la macchina al casello con la cassa automatica (dato che non vi era segnalazione di cassa con l'operatore). Mi avvicino alla cassa automatica e mi accingo ad avviare la procedura per il pagamento ma, all'improvviso, sento una voce decisamente stizzita ed arrogante provenire dalla cabina (posizionata più dietro rispetto alla cassa automatica). Mi sposto con la macchina più dietro e l'operatore inizia a sbraitare, chiedendomi dove intendessi andare (quasi ad insinuare che volessi uscire dall'autostrada senza pagare). Resto senza parole e mi imbarazzo molto dato che non ero da solo in macchina. Pago e vado via. Chi non ha voglia di lavorare o si sente frustrato, è bene che ceda il posto a persone volenterose e competenti. Bad experience at the toll booth! 06/02/2022 at 15:30. I move with the car further behind and the operator begins to yell, wondering where I intend to go (as if to insinuate that I wanted to leave the motorway without paying). I am speechless and very embarrassed as I was not alone in the car. I pay and go away. Who does not want to work or feels frustrated, it is good to give way to willing and competent people.
