★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me che vivo a Milano è una meta fissa prima di ripartire. Purtroppo ad oggi dopo tanti anni di permanenza in Lombardia non ho ancora trovato un caseificio paragonabile a questo e alla media campana. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prodotti ottimi e prezzi nella media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto unico sia mozzarella mozzata a mano che ricotta, oltre tante leccornie servite sempre dalle signore, che come delle "Grazie"... Sempre col sorriso ti aiutano nella scelta. Ormai è l'unica vera mozzarella che si mangia a casa mia. Santina, Lucia, e tutte le altre.... Un sorriso sempre pieno di passione per il proprio lavoro. Grazie a tutte voi per la meravigliosa esperienza che date al palato. E grazie soprattutto a quelle sagge persone che ogni giorno producono questo miracolo gastronomico.
