★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assaggiato i loro prodotti nel hotel di cui siamo stati ospiti e non ho potuto fare a meno di passarci prima di partire. E' il caseificio in cui confluisce la quasi totalità del latte prodotto nella zona che viene qui lavorato e trasformato egregiamente in una varietà di prodotti locali che non possono non essere assaggiati, casolet e Trentin grana su tutti. I prodotti possono essere richiesti nella cofezione sottovuoto ed in borsa termica per affrontare viaggi senza deteriorarsi. Assolutamente consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come caseificio forse è uguale agli altri, anche come punto vendita, però il giro all'interno tra storia, tipi di mucca e strumenti di lavoro non c'è paragone.
Da visitare assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer estuvimos en la presentación de como hacen y procesan el queso en Caseificio cooperativa, muy bueno, debes apuntarte en Información Turísticas del pueblo (es gratis). La chica ha explicado muy bien todo el proceso en inglés e italiano, luego te dan una degustación de los quesos muy ricos , la tienda está bien organizada y es muy bonita, personal muy atento, calidad precio.
Yesterday we were in the presentation of how they make and process cheese in Caseificio cooperativa, very good, you must sign up for Tourist Information of the town (it's free). The girl has explained the whole process very well in English and Italian, then they give you a tasting of the very rich cheeses, the store is well organized and is very beautiful, very attentive staff, quality price.
