★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assoluta scortesia e incapacità di relazionarsi: ho appena telefonato per motivi di lavoro, chiedendo di parlare con un responsabile, ma la persona che ha risposto, presumo una dipendente, nonostante io mi sia presentata, si è rifiutata di dirmi il suo nome, con fare scortese e maleducato. Decisamente non un buon modo per porsi al pubblico, per una realtà commerciale importante!
Absolute rudeness and inability to relate: I just phoned for work reasons, asking to speak to a manager, but the person who answered, I assume an employee, even though I introduced myself, refused to tell me her name, rude and rude. Definitely not a good way to present yourself to the public, for an important commercial reality!
