★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio ancora a carattere artigianale, e questo ne fa la differenza. Mozzarella di ottima qualità, gusto e stile "Aversana" puro (differente da quella del bacino Eboli/Battipaglia,pure buona ma diversa). Sito di produzione Casal di Principe, ma il rifornimento a Marcianise è costante fino a quando non finisce (così anche a Casale) Questo è indice di serietà, non come altri che pare sono forniti sempre 24h...
Il personale poi gentilissimo come pochi. La ricotta che qualche volta viene omaggiata assieme alla mozzarella è leggera e squisita.
E' proprio la mozzarella aversana descritta da Totò: "premi, se vedi che esce il latte la prendi se no desisti". Buon appetito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato in tutto tre acquisti in questo negozio. La prima volta buona mozzarella. La seconda volta la mozzarella non era degna del regno dei mazzoni. La terza volta ho riprovato e aimé la mozzarella nuovamente non era degna di essere incoronata regina dei mazzoni. Il retrogusto di bufala non c'è. Per questo il punto vendita in questione non suscita il mio interesse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato 4 kg di mozzarella da viaggio al caseificio di fiducia dove spendo da anni , e avendone dimenticato 1 kg mi ricordavo di aver letto su qualche recensione di questo caseificio... devo ammettere che il caseificio dove per anni ho speso e mangiato esclusivamente la loro mozzarella mi ha deluso alla grande , mentre la mozzarella di Schiavone lo trovata da 5 stelle più che guadagnate... fresca , al taglio piena di latte , ne ho mangiate 3 da 150 gr e a differenza di altre mozzarelle non mi è salita alla gola nonostante l eccesso....ottima mozzarella sicuramente ci ritornerò ??

In occasione della Quaresima solo mozzarella perché venerdì non si mangia carne.
Questo negozio ci sta anche dolci Sal De Riso.
