Soddisfazioni uniche, prodotti di primissima qualità, lavorati artigianalmente a partire da materie prime nostrane (evento più unico che raro se si guarda la concorrenza locale).
In tutto ciò una citazione di merito va fatta anche al personale sempre accogliente e gentile.
Che dire....riporto qui la foto di un mio ultimo acquisto, sperando di non creare troppo appetito a chi la visiona. Se così dovesse essere, vi consiglio di farvi un giro, rimarrete soddisfatti.
Il mio giudizio è di 5 stelle, perché di più non si può!

Unique satisfactions, top quality products, handcrafted from local raw materials (an event that is more unique than rare if you look at the local competition).
In all this, a mention of merit should also be made to the always welcoming and kind staff.

La freschezza dei prodotti è tale che si possono conservare in frigo per gg e gg senza che la bontà abbia a soffrirne. Ricotta eccezionale, mozzarella corposa che scricchiola sotto i denti. I am a regular customer of Caseificio Sant'Antonio, and never, I say never, has it happened to me that I have to complain about the quality which is always at the top. The freshness of the products is such that they can be kept in the fridge for days and days without the goodness having to suffer. Exceptional ricotta, full-bodied mozzarella that crunches under the teeth. For me nr. 1
