Ricotta favolosa, parmigiano ottimo, panna cotta da cinema, formaggio spalmabile che è una goduria per il palato. Ad ogni preparazione, utilizzando questi prodotti, il risultato non può sbagliare! Oltre all immancabile burro profumatissimo, hanno anche caciotta di mucca o miste pecora, alcuni tipi di pecorini e di formaggio a base di capra, di cui consiglio la versione stagionata . È presente un banco frigo con tranci di salumi del salumificio sap di Pavullo. Inoltre hanno marmellate, miele, aceto balsamico, biscotti , torte, tigelle... insomma veramente forniti, bravi ed a prezzi onesti. Le ragazze al banco sono tutte gentili, veloci e educate.
