Ottimo, specie in questo periodo pandemico che non ci permette di acquistare direttamente al punto vendita di Pollone , che tuttavia speriamo di visitare prossimamente. Ottimi i formaggi di loro produzione , solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Professionalità , cortesia e disponibilità. Cura dei dettagli ed esperienza. Molta attenzione anche nella spedizione dei loro prodotti salumi inclusi. Una realtà da premiare. D	Donatella Biollino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, sono a scrivere per la situazione che ho vissuto la scorsa settimana giovedi in mattinata , ero a pollone di passaggio, ( sono di Vercelli) e volevo acquistare delle tomette nelle confezioni regalo, ma erano da ordinare, allora prendo 2 confezioni presenti . chiedo di prendere una forma di maccagno ed una forma al peperoncino , e la commessa piuttosto seccata mi risponde che prendendole , avrei lasciato i prossimi clienti senza la possibilita' di acquistarlo!!!!!!! Non ribatto e continuo nella spesa , ma dico non mi sembra questo il modo di trattare i clienti , anche se non sono fidelizzata ma conosco i prodotti e quando sono in zona acquisto per averli . consiglio di scrivere un foglio con le quantita' di acquisto cosi la prossima volta so come comportarmi !!!!!!! I ask to take a form of maccagno and a form of chilli pepper, and the rather annoyed saleswoman replies that by taking them, I would have left the next customers without the possibility of buying it !!!!!!! I do not reply and continue shopping, but I say this does not seem to me the way to treat customers, even if I am not loyal but I know the products and when I am in the shopping area to get them. I recommend writing a sheet with the purchase quantities so next time I know how to behave !!!!!!!
