Ich durfte jeden Käse probieren, der mich interessierte und ich habe gleich von jedem was gekauft. Hervorragender Geschmack von Provolone (alt und jung), Pecorino (alt und jung) und auf den Mozzarella der mir empfohlen wurde, weil selbst gemacht, freue ich mich schon. Ich weiss nicht ob alle Käse dort auch hergestellt werden, aber alle sind handwerklich gemacht und auch die würzigen Käse sind nicht zu salzig, sondern gerade richtig.
Brot ist auch gut. Beim nächsten Mal probiere ich noch den Schinken und die Salami.
Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung dazu.

A small shop that I noticed because there were some queues there (thanks Corona). I was allowed to try any cheese that interested me and I bought something from everyone. Excellent taste of provolone (old and young), pecorino (old and young) and the mozzarella that was recommended to me because it was homemade, I'm already looking forward to it. I don't know if all the cheeses are made there, but they are all handmade and the spicy cheeses are not too salty, but just right.
Bread is good too. Next time I'll try the ham and salami.
Very nice and attentive service.

At 12:30 you will find hot ricotta, freshly spun mozzarella, and on request you can take warm ricotta whey, for a return to the past. Highly recommended!
