★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio a conduzione famigliare: dai vetri esterni è possibile vedere, quando è in corso, il processo di lavorazione delle mozzarelle. Annesso c'è un piccolo punto vendita con i loro prodotti. Posso dire, per essere estimatore di mozzarelle e latticini, che la qualità è altissima. Squisita la mozzarella di bufala, ma giocano in casa :) provate anche la salsiccetta dolce, anche se non di produzione diretta. Fuori ci sono un paio di tavoli ideali per fermarsi all'ombra, assaggiare e meditare sul Paese meraviglioso che è l'Italia.
Family-run dairy: from the external windows it is possible to see, when it is in progress, the process of making mozzarella. There is a small shop with their products attached. I can say, to be an admirer of mozzarella and dairy products, that the quality is very high. The buffalo mozzarella is exquisite, but they play at home :) also try the sweet sausage, even if not directly produced. Outside there are a couple of tables ideal for stopping in the shade, tasting and meditating on the wonderful country that is Italy.
