Usano latte locale. Li squacquerone non all'altezza degli altri prodotti, ma comunque buono anche se non troppo cremoso. Buoni anche gli affettati, pochi ma di qualità. Nella bottega si trovano anche selezioni di ottimi vini, confetture, miele ecc. per accompagnare i formaggi, selezione curata direttamente dai titolari. Quando finalmente sono riuscita a comprare le mozzarelle mi sono ritrovara con un prodotto senza nessun sapore, erano dure gommone , pagate anche profumatamente. Ho fatto anche una pessima figura con gli ospiti. Spero e credo che gli altri prodotti siano migliori. It was a disappointment .....
