★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conoscevo già i formaggi siciliani ma la vastedda e il pecorino semistagionato di questo caseificio sono i più buoni che ho assaggiato , meritano veramente 5 stelle se potessi anche 6 per la gentilezza e cordialità di chi ci lavora
I already knew Sicilian cheeses but the vastedda and semi-seasoned pecorino from this dairy are the best I've tasted, they really deserve 5 stars if I could even 6 for the kindness and friendliness of those who work there

Excellent ricotta and excellent "vastedda", they took me to this beautiful place. Ricotta with unique flavor, same thing as vastedda which is a cheese and not bread !!
