★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio con prodotti veramente buoni e genuini, di qualità che spaziano dallo yogurt ai formaggi freschi, alla giuncata, alle mozzarelle, alla stracciatella, alle caciotte, alle scamorze e tanto altro ancora. I prezzi sono buoni.
La coltivazione è biologica ed è destinata all'azienda stessa. Posseggono centinaia di capi di bestiame e un centinaio in mungitura. L'azienda agricola si trova in alta collina, è dei due fratelli Stefano e Dario, persone gentili.
Dairy with really good and genuine quality products ranging from yoghurt to fresh cheeses, junket, mozzarella, stracciatella, caciotte, scamorze and much more. Prices are good.
The cultivation is organic and is intended for the company itself. They own hundreds of head of cattle and a hundred in milking. The farm is located in the high hills, it belongs to the two brothers Stefano and Dario, kind people.
