Every time I pass by Trani I can't help but stop and buy its products ..... it is the cathedral of mozzarella in all its highest expressions .... try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assaggiato ieri per caso la mozzarella,mi ha riportato indietro di quarant'anni,quando mia nonna mi faceva la cagliata con il latte delle sue mucche,una cosa incredibile,sono campano,dove la posso trovare nella mia regione?pochissimi fanno la mozzarella così buona.
I tasted mozzarella by chance yesterday, it took me back forty years, when my grandmother made me curd with the milk of her cows, an incredible thing, I'm from Campania, where can I find it in my region? Very few make mozzarella so good.
