I formaggi sono buonissimi, e la famiglia mangiapane ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza.
We spent a beautiful day immersed in nature, we witnessed the preparation of ricotta, and ate on the spot still steaming. Experience to be redone.
The cheeses are very good, and the bread-eating family welcomed us with great kindness.

Die Familie Mangiapane bewirtschaftet seit Generationen das umliegende Land regenerativ und im Einklang zwischen Mensch, Tier und Boden. Es war ein absolut unvergleichbares Erlebnis zu sehen mit welcher Hingabe und Leidenschaft die Familie sich der Erhaltung der autochthonen Rasse der Modicana Rindern, und der historischen, handwerklichen Käseproduktion widmet. Ein Ort wie kein anderer. Herzlichste Grüße an Liborio, Maria, Domenico, Giuseppe & Nikola!
A great farm and dairy run by great people. The Mangiapane family has been cultivating the surrounding land regeneratively and in harmony between people, animals and the soil for generations. It was an absolutely incomparable experience to see the devotion and passion with which the family dedicates itself to the preservation of the autochthonous breed of Modicana cattle, and the historic, artisanal cheese production.
