I formaggi tipici che si possono trovare sono la provola che presto sarà DOP DEI NEBRODI, il pecorino e la ricotta, con le diverse stagionature. Complimenti alla proprietaria che con amore e dedizione riesce ad ottenere un prodotto di alta qualità.
 If we were looking for excellence in the field of cheese production, this is the right place. From cows of the red spotted breed, raised in a semi-wild state, to mechanical milking to maintain hygiene at the highest levels, up to the dairy: small but efficient and modern. The typical cheeses that can be found are provola which will soon be DOP DEI NEBRODI, pecorino and ricotta, with different maturations.
