Rustic, beautiful place with bricks and exposed beams, excellent Piedmontese cuisine, lots of friendliness, helpfulness and kindness from the staff. Great price for the service given. I camerieri e i proprietari si sono rivelati di una gentilezza strabiliante, e anche molto disponibili verso le nostre richieste. Il cibo, ovviamente legato alla tradizione del luogo, era squisito e in particolar modo i formaggi (che loro fanno in sede) erano davvero buoni. L'unico neo che abbiamo trovato è che non ci sono abbastanza servizi pubblici relativamente al numero di clienti. The environment is formal and with a slightly rustic soul, but still pleasant. The waiters and owners proved to be of an astounding kindness, and also very helpful towards our requests. The food, obviously linked to the tradition of the place, was delicious and in particular the cheeses (which they make on site) were really good. The only drawback we have found is that there are not enough public services in relation to the number of customers.

Purtroppo ci siamo accorti solo una volta a casa, aprendo la confezione, che c'era un capello all'interno del formaggio. Andrebbe adottato un controllo più attento visto che stiamo parlando di alimenti confezionati. We bought a 3-milk cheese from a dealer. Unfortunately we only realized once at home, opening the package, that there was a hair inside the cheese. Closer control should be adopted as we are talking about packaged foods.

Ho ordinato 9 forme di formaggio al tartufo (sottobosco) che mi sono stati recapitati completamente a temperatura ambiente. Dove sta il problema? Che mi è stato chiesto 35€ per una spedizione che confrontandomi con amici del settore ho scoperto valerne 8€. Né un qualcosa per mantenerla fredda, siamo alla frutta. Cambierò questa recensione quando riceverò il rimborso della somma gonfiata della spedizione, non è modo di lavorare onestamente. Io pago quella cifra e pretendo che i formaggi viaggino a temperatura controllata com'è giusto che sia per la sicurezza di tutti. Aggiornamento* ho fatto presente l'incongruenza tra il prezzo pagato per la spedizione e ciò che realmente ho ottenuto e non ho avuto alcuna risposta. I pay that amount and expect the cheeses to travel at a controlled temperature as it should be for everyone's safety.
