I cardinali a mio gusto non mi fanno impazzire, ma li volevo provare. Ho preso anche il gelato fatto da loro e devo dire che era molto buono. Ho provanto il controfiletto di bufalo e anche il tritato e la salsiccia. Il tritato onestamente non mi ha convinto per niente. Ottimo caseificio. I often pass by Battipaglia and this time I wanted to try the products of the jemma dairy. Good buffalo mozzarella and also burrata. Battipaglia vuol dire caseifici e tra i molti spicca il caseificio Jemma: appena fuori dall'autostrada e con comodo parcheggio, rispetto x le norme covid, entrate nel punto vendita pulito ed ordinato e venite presi dall'ansia per non sapere quale prodotto comprare tra jogurt, scamorze, ricotte, mozzarelle, trecce , insaccati di bufalo o carne...il personale è gentile e disponibile al consiglio: abbiamo preso i bocconcini e le mozzarelle da 500gr CAD. E le hanno confezionate nel polistirolo...vi dico subito che i bocconcini non sono neanche usciti dalla via( il latte ed il loro gusto ci sono esplosi in bocca ????). Le mozzarelle sono super: morbide e, appena le tagliate, il latte si fa strada... difficile resistere...( Io ho ceduto diverse volte ????). Un plauso alla dedizione di questi mastri casari! Dobbiamo tornarci!!! Su al nord dove lo trovo un negozio così?????? For me the ?‼ ️. Leggermente insipida rispetto alla mozzarella mondragonese, dz buonissima comunque Finding myself in Battipaglia for work, I bought and tried the famous zizzona di Battipaglia for the first time and this dairy does it really in an excellent way. Prezzo concorrenziale per una mozzarella artigianale,morbida succosa .Alcune mozzarelle le abbiamo mangiare direttamente nel parcheggio tanta era la fame??? Vendono solo prodotti di bufala, mozzarella, provole affumicate, burrata, mozzarelline in panna, ricotta forte, caciotte, formaggi freschi oppure più stagionati e hanno anche yoghurt, panna cotta, budini e dei salumi bufalini. È abbastanza fornito! La mozzarella è molto buona. A chi deve viaggiare consigliano la confezione in polistirolo. Ha il parcheggio all'interno. Consigliato.
