Their products are excellent. Unfortunately the saleswoman was not at all friendly, I asked for information on the products to bring them home (holidays over) and she seemed a bit annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un caciocavallo intero chiesto il prezzo e mi viene detto a 11.90 €al kg. Era in totale 2,1kg e solo dopo aver pagato mi accorgo che la commessa mi ha caricato il 4% d'iva. Poco serio.
I bought a whole caciocavallo and asked for the price and was told € 11.90 per kg. It was 2.1kg in total and only after paying I realize that the order has charged me 4% VAT. Not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Caseificio Heraclea, ormai da un anno in nuovo punto vendita, vicino alla rotonda di Nova Siri scalo, offre sempre una vasta scelta di prodotti caseari freschi e stagionati. Le sue burrate, le mozzarelle, sono favolose. Per gli intolleranti si trovano le deliziose mozzarelle senza lattosio.
The Heraclea Dairy, now a new store for a year, near the roundabout of Nova Siri scalo, always offers a wide choice of fresh and seasoned dairy products. His burrata, the mozzarella, are fabulous. For the intolerant there are delicious lactose-free mozzarella.
