Il tutto è dal produttore al consumatore, un esempio di km 0, grazie all'allevamento di bovini adiacente il punto vendita. È possibile visionare anche il laboratorio dove vengono creati e confezionati i prodotti. Personale gentile e cordiale, ideale anche per portare i bambini a visitare l'allevamento con centinaia di capi bovini.

Ho fatto un giro nelle stalle dove ho visto animali trattati veramente bene tra di essi C'erano anche tre Asinelli molto simpatici
Alla fine della visita e degli Artisti Non mancate a fare un giro alle Tavole Palatine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dairy produce shop is attached to a large working dairy farm - they have cows and donkeys right next to the shop. The shop is down a dirt road after a few twists and turns off the main road, but don't be put off.
The shop only sells dairy products such as various local cheeses, yoghurts etc which are all made on site (you can see where they're made through the window in the shop). Prices are very reasonable too and large quantities eg 1kg of mozzarella for 7 Euros.
