★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia in assoluto non hanno il parmigiano fresco da pasto, troppi prodotti che mettono in difficoltà quelli prioritari, dal 1976 che mi servo in questo caseificio, li trovavo anche la ricotta calda appena fatta, una professionalità eccellente e familiare, da una dozzina di anni la cooperativa si affida ad un gruppo di stranieri con scarsa conoscenza del prodotto e poca cortesia.Meglio S.Lucia

Non è possibile e nemmeno lecito un incremento del prezzo del formaggio, da una settimana all'altra di più del 10% !!!!
L'aumento di carburante e utenze, non si giustifica su un formaggio prodotto due anni fa, quando c'era pandemia e 0 vendite. VERGOGNA!!!!!!
