Questa volta ho preso la lucanica(buonissima) e un pezzo di speck.
La cosa bella è che puoi far mettere i formaggi sottovuoto così durano di più.

Da provare tutti i formaggi, quelli a latte crudo e la ricotta fresca, davvero insuperabile.
Ogni volta che andiamo in montagna passiamo a fare scorta e quest'anno, per Natale, ho ordinato via email e mi hanno spedito tutto confezionato sotto vuoto. Sempre molto soddisfatta.
