★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile rispondere a questa domanda. Il caseificio Capozzi è un luogo magico...ehm volevo dire pegno di sapori veri e genuini...ok, basta, non riesco ad andare avanti. Questo caseificio ha il potere di riuscire a stregarti tanto è buona la sua produzione, sia quella propria, sia quella dei prodotti di altissima qualità. È un luogo caro ma mai come in questo caso il detto "come spendi mangi". Un consiglio su tutti? Le mozzarelle di bufala e le sue scamorze, un morso e puoi dire addio a tutti i sapori sino ad ora conosciuti. Il personale, cordiale, scherzoso e sempre affabile non farà ( come molti) se comprerai anche una sola mozzarella, loro sono lì per consigliarti al meglio, per darti il meglio. Questo è un esercizio 10 e lode.
It is not possible to answer this question. The Capozzi dairy is a magical place ... uh, I meant a pledge of true and genuine flavors ... ok, enough, I can't go on. This dairy has the power to bewitch you so much its production is good, both its own and that of the highest quality products. It is an expensive place but never as in this case the saying "how do you spend food". Any advice on all? The buffalo mozzarella and its scamorze, a bite and you can say goodbye to all the flavors known so far. The staff, friendly, playful and always affable will not do (like many) if you buy even one mozzarella, they are there to advise you best, to give you the best. This is an exercise 10 and praise.
