Caseificio piccolo ma con tanti prodotti..
La specialità campana di origine e la MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA e in questo caseificio la troverete al 100%.. Anche la PROVOLA affumicata ha una qualità eccellente, quando la si taglia caccia tutto il latte che ha all'interno per una goduria estrema...
Nel bancone frigo ci sono tanti salumi e tanti formaggi, in più il caseificio dispone anche di tanti altri prodotti messi su una parete..
Prezzi nella norma, circa 12€ al kg per la mozzarella di bufala.
