Mi sono fermata pertanto al suddetto caseificio con il desiderio di riportare a casa prodotti tipici pugliesi. Ottimi prodotti, senza alcun dubbio, ma sono costretta a dover dare 3 stelle per via del pessimo servizio e della pessima professionalità mostrata da una delle ragazze al banco. Non appena ci siamo presentati, si è mostrata visibilmente scocciata, non so per quale motivo, e ci ha serviti con sufficienza. Pensavo fosse finita lì, ma invece no, dopo essere giunti a casa, dopo 4 lunghe ore di viaggio, ho notato mio malgrado che la ragazza aveva imbustato solo 3 mozzarelle di bufale, quando io avevo chiesto chiaramente “3 più 2, per un totale di 5”. Abbiamo riportato prodotti di ogni tipo, focacce, formaggi, taralli, orecchiette e chi più ne ha più ne metta, spendendo piacevolmente e volutamente una cifra considerevole. Ciò nonostante, potete immaginare la mia faccia e del mio fidanzato quando aprendo le buste non abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che avevamo richiesto. Sicuramente un caseificio di qualità, con una squadra professionale ed efficiente nella produzione dei propri prodotti. Non si può dire la stessa cosa dalla banconista che ci ha serviti. Eppure io capisco perfettamente, faccio lo stesso mestiere, ma ciò non toglie a prescindere L educazione e il rispetto nei confronti di un cliente che sta acquistando dei prodotti, soprattutto quando si pone in maniera gentile ed educata. Sperando che il servizio sia migliorabile, L intenzione di ripassare non appena sarò nei paraggi, ad ogni modo, c’è. I was passing through Bari, returning from a magnificent holiday in Puglia. I thought it was over there, but no, after arriving home, after 4 long hours of travel, I noticed in spite of myself that the girl had only packed 3 buffalo mozzarella, when I had clearly asked "3 plus 2, for a total of 5 ". We have brought back products of all kinds, focaccias, cheeses, taralli, orecchiette and so on and so forth, spending pleasantly and deliberately a considerable amount. Nonetheless, you can imagine my face and my fiance's face when opening the envelopes we did not find everything we requested. Definitely a quality dairy, with a professional and efficient team in the production of its products. The same cannot be said by the counter agent who served us. Yet I understand perfectly, I do the same job, but this does not take away regardless of the education and respect towards a customer who is buying products, especially when he is kind and polite. Hoping that the service can be improved, I intend to come back as soon as I am around, in any case, there is.

Ho comprato il pane cotto nel forno a legna, il provolone stagionato in grotta e soppressata dolce e piccante. Spettacolari! A local friend brought me and told me it's the best in the area. I bought bread baked in a wood oven, provolone aged in a cave and sweet and spicy sopressata. Spectacular!

If you like fresh Italian cheese products such as Mozzarella, you will love this little store. They make a massive variety of cheese on the premises, you can even watch them working away through massive glass windows. The polite and helpful counter staff can guide you through the extensive choice of different sizes and types of product on offer (although I'm not sure how good their English might be). The prices for the cheese are very competitive indeed, and they also have wide range of delicatessen cold meats and bread products at acceptable prices. They have plenty of other quality foods and drinks available too, for convenience, but some are at a slight premium. Try to get there well before closing time to avoid the busiest periods, but even if you have to wait a few minutes, this well-stocked treasure is well-worth the visit.
