Un po' deludente su tutti gli aspetti.... non è albergo ok, ma almeno un rotolo di carta igienica intero in considerazione del fatto che semmai si arriva di sabato sera alle 20 e forse al mattino dopo potrebbero esser chiusi i negozi, no ??? Asciugamani per il viso che sembrano quelli per il bidet, quelli per il bidet non consegnati affatto, le tende alle finestre che vengono giù, ingresso scale al buio se si rientra tardi, un filo d'acqua in bagno che se si vuol tenere due rubinetti aperti in contemporanea non si può..... convenzionato con il bar sotto casa per la colazione che non ha le bustine di the' ??? ? insomma, non lo consiglio e di certo non ci ritorneremo perché a 32 euro a persona a notte in bassa stagione, si riesce senz'altro a trovare di meglio!!! Spiacente ?‍♀️ I think it takes much more effort to be called a "holiday home"! A little disappointing on all aspects .... it is not an ok hotel, but at least a whole roll of toilet paper in consideration of the fact that if anything you arrive on a Saturday evening at 8pm and maybe the next morning the shops could be closed, no ??? La posizione è ottima per una vacanze fatta di mare e piacevoli cene a passeggiate serali. Spiagge, negozi, ristoranti e bar nella piazzetta sotto casa. Sicuramente da ripetere! Mirko (the owner) is a very kind and helpful person. The cleaning staff are attentive and efficient. The location is excellent for a seaside holiday and pleasant dinners and evening strolls. Beaches, shops, restaurants and bars in the square below the house. Definitely to be repeated!

Il proprietario c'è venuto in contro consegnandoci le chiavi prima del previsto. In casa non manca proprio nulla ci siamo trovati bene e se dovessimo tornare ad imperia torneremo qua. The house where we stayed was perfect in cleanliness, in the proximity to the sea where you can find a beautiful beach of fine sand. The owner came up against us by delivering the keys earlier than expected. Nothing is missing at home, we were fine and if we return to imperia we will come back here.

Wir standen in einem sehr langen Stau und er versicherte und zunächst, auf uns zu warten. Mitten auf der Fahrt entschied er sich um und stornierte uns mit den Worten „klärt das mit booking.com! Gute Fahrt!“. Kommunikation wurde dann verweigert und kein neuer Checkin am nächsten Tag ermöglicht (obwohl uns das von booking zugesagt wurde). Kurz gesagt: er ist einfach in den Urlaub gefahren, wollte nicht auf die Gäste warten und hat unser komplettes Geld behalten! Leider ein Mensch ohne jedes Gewissen (er wusste, dass wir seit Ewigkeiten im Stau stehn und Alles geben, um noch pünktlich zu kommen). Passt auf, wenn ihr im Voraus zahlt! Wir haben an dem Tag Alles an Geld und Nerven verloren! Da er als privater Gastgeber auf booking geführt wird, hat er mehr Rechte als Hotels! Watch after!! Was canceled by the host while we were on our way to see him! We were in a very long traffic jam and he first assured us that he would wait for us. In the middle of the journey he changed his mind and canceled us with the words "Check with booking.com! Good ride!". Communication was then refused and no new check-in was possible the next day (although booking promised us that). In short: he just went on vacation, didn't want to wait for the guests and kept all our money! Unfortunately, a person without any conscience (he knew that we have been stuck in traffic for ages and will do everything to get there on time). Be careful if you pay in advance! We lost all money and nerves that day! Since he is listed as a private host on booking, he has more rights than hotels!

The church right next to the location rings the bells every hour as many times as what time it is. You just can not sleep past 8 a clock in the morning it rings so loud and long that you wish for a rooster at 5 in the morning then these bell noises at 8. Other then that, the host is very nice and helpful!
